How to Set a GMC Clock

All GMC vehicles feature a convenient digital clock to help keep you on time while you are on the road. Located on the vehicle's audio systems panel, the clock in your GMC can be set easily in two minutes or less.
Step 1
Locate the "Clock" button on the audio systems panel in your GMC vehicle. Press the button to cause the time and date to appear on the display screen.
Step 2
Press the button directly below the hours digits repeatedly to adjust the hours one digit at a time. Hold down the button to cause the digits to advance more quickly.
Step 3
Press the button underneath the clock's minutes digits to adjust the minutes to the desired time.
Step 4
Use the buttons under the clock's date display to set the month, day and year.

Tips
- The radio "Tune" knob can also be used to adjust the clock's hours and minutes. Rotate the knob until the desired number value is displayed on the screen.
