Range Rover vehicles of all different models and years can be equipped with alarm systems. These systems are most often controlled with a handheld remote and can be wirelessly enabled or disabled in most cases. If your remote is not working, you can disable the alarm from the system itself in just seconds. You can do this with no professional equipment or past experience.

Step 1

Open the hood of your car and locate the alarm system fuse under the steering wheel column.

Step 2

Find the fuse labeled with your alarm brand, linked to the positive terminal of the battery.

Step 3

Remove the fuse wire and the alarm will turn off. If this is the wrong wire, reconnect it and disconnect another wire until you find the right one.
