Engine and Power
The LX, Touring and Touring Plus versions of the 2010 Chrysler Town and Country feature a 3.8-liter V-6 engine that produces 197 horsepower and 230 ft.-lb. of torque at 4,000 rpm. The Limited trim features a 4.0-liter V-6 engine with a more powerful 251 horsepower at 6,000 rpm, and 259 ft.-lb. of torque at 4,100 rpm. The 3.8-liter engine has 12 valves with a displacement of 3,778 cubic centimeters, and the 4.0-liter engine has 24 valves with a displacement of 3,952 cubic centimeters.
The 2010 Chrysler Town and Country minivan has standard seven-passenger seating for all trims with front headroom of 39.8 inches, front legroom of 40.6 inches, rear headroom of 39.2 inches and rear legroom between 36.3 and 36.4 inches. Front shoulder room in all trims is 63 inches, rear shoulder room is 64.7 inches, front hip room is 57.6 inches and rear hip room is 64.8 inches. Standard features in all trims of the 2010 Chrysler Town and Country minivan include cruise control, tilt steering, steering wheel-mounted controls and a second-row folding and removable seat.

Power locks; child safety locks; driver and passenger head restraints; and driver, passenger and side-curtain airbags are standard safety features on all versions of the 2010 Chrysler Town and Country.
Optional Interior Comfort Features
Heated front- and second-row seats, second- and third-row overhead video screens, a dual-screen DVD system and leather-trimmed seats are optional on the LX and Touring trims but standard on the Touring Plus and Limited trims. The Limited trim also comes standard with a rear backup camera, which is available only as an option on the other three trims.
