How to Adjust the Outside Temperature Display on a Chrysler Town and Country
by David ClairSome Chrysler Town and Country modelsare equipped with a compass mini-trip computer (CMTC) that displays the outside temperature next to the driving direction. The computer reads data from a temperature gauge located on the outside of the vehicle and displays it on the instrument cluster. Many options within the computer can be adjusted, including changing the display between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
Step 1
Turn the vehicle's ignition switch to "ON."
Step 2
Press the "STEP" button located on the left side of the steering wheel to scroll through the computer menu. Stop when "Outside Temperature Display" is highlighted.
Step 3
Press and hold the "RESET" button located on the steering wheel for two seconds. The temperature display changes to the other form of measurement.
Step 4
Turn the ignition switch off.
