How to Reset Your Karr Keyless Remote

Karr security and keyless entry systems allow you to lock or unlock the doors of your vehicle by pressing a button on a small remote; the remote also includes a "Panic" button for emergencies. After repairing or troubleshooting you can reset your Karr keyless remote in just a few minutes.
Step 1
Insert the key in the ignition cylinder of your vehicle. Turn the ignition to the "On" position without cranking the engine.
Step 2
Locate the "Valet" switch under the driver's-side dashboard panel. Toggle the "Valet" switch from "On" to "Off" three times, so that you've had the key in both positions three times, ending in "Off." A horn or chime will sound to indicate that you have accessed the vehicle's keyless entry programming mode.
Step 3
Press and hold the center button on the Karr keyless entry remote for three to five seconds, and then release it.
Step 4
Flip the "Valet" switch "On" and "Off" again. Wait for a horn or chime to sound twice before proceeding.
Step 5
Press and hold the far-right button on the Karr keyless entry remote for three to five seconds; release the button.
Step 6
Turn the ignition "Off" and remove the key from the vehicle's ignition cylinder.
