How to Get a Replacement Voter ID Card for the Oklahoma Election Board

Voting is one of the most important rights the American people have; the ability to choose the elected officials who lead the country is a big responsibility. Each year when it's time to vote, you go to your local voting precinct to cast your ballot. But before you can do so, you must present your voter registration card. In Oklahoma, the State Election Board issues the cards to registered voters. If you lose yours and need a replacement, there are steps you must take.
Step 1
Contact the County Election Board in the county where you are registered to vote. Speak to a representative about your voter registration card.
Step 2
Inform the County Election Board that you have misplaced your voter registration card and need to obtain a new one.
Step 3
Present photo identification to prove your identity. The County Election Board will issue a new voter registration card on your behalf. The information on your misplaced card is in the County Election Board's system, which means a card can be issued immediately.
