How to Program the Memory Seating in a Chrysler 300
by David ClairUpdated August 14, 2023The 2010 Chrysler 300 model is equipped with a driver memory seat that can store up to two different memory profiles that can be recalled by pressing the memory switch button. The memory seat feature will automatically adjust the seat position, side mirrors, and steering column to the previously saved positions when the memory profile is recalled. To program the settings for memory seating in the 300, the correct steps must be taken in the proper order.
1. Insert the key into the ignition
Insert the key into the ignition. Move the ignition switch into the "Run" position.
2. Adjust the seat to the desired memory profile settings
Adjust the seat to the desired memory profile settings. Adjust the side mirrors and telescopic steering column to the desired settings.
3. Press the "Set" button on the memory switch
Press the "Set" button on the memory switch.
4. Press the "Memory 1" or "Memory 2" button on the memory switch
Press the "Memory 1" or "Memory 2" button on the memory switch within five seconds of pressing the "Set" button to save the settings. The control panel display will show which memory position has been programmed.
