Spilled food, drinks and muddy shoes can leave stains on a Honda's cloth interior. Stains on the vehicle's interior can be unsightly and might lower its value and condition. The interior should be cleaned as needed to remove dirt, dust and stains.
Use a shop vacuum to vacuum all dust, dirt and buildup from the Honda's cloth interior seats.
Spray an upholstery cleaning spray on the seats. Laundry detergent can be added to a bucket filled with warm water and used as a cleaning solution.
Rub the cleaning solution into the cloth seats using an upholstery brush.
Rinse the upholstery brush under cool, running water to remove all soap residue. Fill a bucket with cool water.
Dip the upholstery brush in the water. Brush the Honda's cloth seats to remove all soap residue.
Press a dry towel against the seat's upholstery. Gently push downward to absorb as much liquid as possible. Continue until the towel is not removing any liquid.
Leave the car doors open or the windows unrolled to allow the upholstery to fully dry.
