Recreational vehicles allow travelers to move from place to place with all of the comforts of home. Some people tow trailers behind their vehicles, while others prefer to use a single-unit motorhome. However, some people want something smaller, yet they do not want to tow. A Roadtrek offers the comforts of a recreational vehicle and the convenience of a single unit, while maintaining a small size. These vehicles are laid out like a van in the front section while driving, but at night the front seats can be transformed into beds.

Step 1

Move both armrests of the captain's chair into the upright position.

Step 2

Turn the seat 270 degrees so that the back of the chair is toward the center aisle of the Roadtrek.

Step 3

Remove the back of the lounge seat. Lay the folding mattress with the hard side down between the two seats.

Step 4

Open the folding mattress and arrange it over the two seats. Make the bed with the bedding of your choice.

Step 5

Reverse the steps in order to convert the bed back to captain's chairs.
