How to Search for an Address by Tag Number

There are a number of reasons you may need to research a vehicle tag to find address information. License plate search is a website that provides report information based on vehicle tags including the vehicle owner's address. This information should be used with care as the information provided is only as up-to-date as the owner has kept it. If the vehicle has been sold or transferred to a new owner and the title has not been changed, then the tag information may not be accurate.
Step 1
Enter the vehicle's tag number in the "License plate number" field, select the tag's state from the drop-down menu and click "Search."
Step 2
Select the plan you would like to purchase and click "Click here to begin investigating people."
Step 3
Enter your payment information and click "Pay now."
Step 4
Enter the required information to create an account. Once you complete the account setup you will be able to view the information associated with the tag number provided.
