How To Manually Close the Moonroof on a Lincoln Navigator

The Lincoln Navigator is known for its spacious and comfortable interior, offering adult size third-row seating. Some Navigator's standard features include dual-zone electronic automatic temperature control, a voice-activated navigation system and memory seating. The power moonroof is an optional feature. If your vehicle experiences an electrical malfunction, you will need to be able to close the moonroof manually.

Step 1

Remove the access panel on the roof above the second row of seats.

Step 2

Locate the motor for the moonroof.

Step 3

Insert the Allen wrench into the connector for the motor.

Step 4

Turn the Allen wrench clockwise until the moonroof is closed.
