Engine Specifications
The Honda TRX 300EX has an air-cooled 282cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine. The cylinder bore has a diameter of 2.9 inches and its stroke piston is 2.6 inches long. The induction system uses a piston-valve carburetor with accelerator pump and a diameter of 1.3 inches. The TRX 300EX features a capacitor discharge ignition system.
