Request your VIN (Vehicle Identification number) from your dealer. If your dealer does not yet have a VIN number, you will be provided with a VON (Vehicle Order Number).
Call the customer service center at your local dodge dealer. Follow the telephone prompts until you are connected with a customer service representative. Notify the representative that you are calling to track an order and give your either your VIN or VON number.
Provide your personal information -- including your name, address and phone number -- to the customer service representative. A case number will be created for your tracking request, which can be used as a reference for future inquiries.
Items you will need
VON number (optional)
If you do not have a VIN number, ask your dealer to contact you as soon as it is available. This will make tracking your Dodge easier, as a VON number does not always show up in the system.
