Suzuki recommends oil and filter change on the GSX600F after a one-month or 600-mile break-in period, then every six months or 3,500 miles, whichever comes first.

Oil Recommendations
The GSX600F owner's manual recommends a premium quality, four-stroke motor oil rated SF or SG under the API classification. The recommended viscosity is SAE 10W-40.
