How to Mix Delstar Paint

While many paints designed for use in and around the home require little or no blending or mixing before use, the automotive painting process is much more involved. Delstar paints require blending with other products before they can be used. Fortunately, the process for mixing Delstar paint is straightforward and can be accomplished using only a reducer and a hardener.
Step 1
Reduce the Delstar paint by adding in the reducer. For every eight parts of Delstar paint used, three parts of reducer should be used.
Step 2
Add one part hardener to the Delstar paint and reducer mixture.
Step 3
Apply the mixture to the car or car parts within eight hours.
